Tennis Club Issues Warning to Members
Officials at the New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club sent out a notice to their members, warning them about issues involving a “new neighboring resident whose continued outbursts have affected the club environment.” Sources have identified this resident as none other than Shia LaBeouf, who lives directly across from one of the club’s exits. Ouch!
The club is strongly advising its members to steer clear and not engage with LaBeouf. Instead, they’re asked to report any incidents directly to management. The club has also confirmed they are working with the New Orleans Police Department to try and sort things out and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the club.
Alleged Interactions and Past Issues
Sources claim that LaBeouf has had some rather unpredictable interactions with people coming and going from the club. Allegedly, he’s even offered members money to play tennis and has interrupted clinics. It’s worth noting that LaBeouf is not a member of the club himself.
Police have been seen speaking with LaBeouf outside his home recently, though it’s unclear if these interactions are directly related to the club’s complaints. This isn’t the first time LaBeouf has faced legal troubles; he has past arrests in New Orleans for disorderly conduct and public intoxication, and was involved in a civil lawsuit with singer FKA Twigs, which he has since settled. He has not yet commented on this latest situation.
