Rapper B.o.B. Faces Serious Lawsuit Allegations

You might know B.o.B. from his chart-topping hits like “Airplanes” and “Nothin’ on You.” But recently, the rapper has found himself in the headlines for a much more serious reason. A Texas mother, identified only as “Jane” in court documents, has filed a lawsuit accusing the artist of severe misconduct.

Allegations Following a San Diego Performance

The lawsuit claims that after B.o.B.’s performance at the Tequila & Taco Festival in San Diego back in April 2025, Jane was allegedly held against her will and sexually assaulted. She had traveled from Texas to attend the show, finding solace in B.o.B.’s music, particularly from his 2010 album “The Adventures of Bobby Ray,” as she navigated a cancer diagnosis.

According to the complaint, Jane and her cousin were invited to an after-party at a downtown San Diego hotel by B.o.B.’s manager. It was there, the suit alleges, that Jane was left alone with the rapper. What followed were disturbing accusations of unwanted touching and assault.

Escalating Accusations and Management Involvement

The situation reportedly escalated when B.o.B.’s wife entered the room. The lawsuit claims he yelled at her to leave and continued the alleged assault until an interruption occurred. Jane states she then fled to the lobby to reunite with her cousin.

Adding another layer to the legal action, the lawsuit also points fingers at B.o.B.’s management team. It’s alleged they failed to protect Jane, with claims that they were aware of his alleged intentions to solicit sexual favors. This raises serious questions about the responsibilities of management in such situations.

Legal Ramifications and Public Silence

The case, which has been filed in California, is seeking unspecified damages for the alleged assault and the emotional distress Jane claims to have suffered. As of now, B.o.B. himself has not publicly addressed these serious allegations.
