A booking photo of singer D4vd has been released following his arrest in connection with the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The image, showing the artist in a black hoodie, surfaced Monday ahead of a press conference where authorities are expected to detail the charges.

The arrest comes more than seven months after police discovered Rivas’ decomposing body in the trunk of D4vd’s Tesla. The singer, who was on tour at the time, canceled his remaining concerts shortly after his initial arrest on Thursday. Rivas had reportedly gone missing in 2024 after running away from home.

District Attorney Nathan Hochman addressed the charge of first-degree murder, stating that a coroner’s report would soon be made public. “There is physical evidence and there is forensic and digital evidence that we intend to present in court to prove these charges beyond a reasonable doubt,” Hochman stated, as reported by Variety.
