Drew Sidora Must Leave GA Home, Custody Shifts

It’s a major development in the ongoing divorce between “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Drew Sidora and her ex, Ralph Pittman. A judge has issued a ruling that requires Sidora to leave the Georgia home they once shared, and it also significantly alters their custody arrangement for their children.

Sidora Ordered to Vacate Georgia Home

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Drew Sidora has been ordered to vacate the family residence by May 31st. This decision comes amidst their ongoing divorce proceedings and is reportedly influenced by the parties’ current financial circumstances. Until Sidora moves out, both she and Pittman are expected to continue splitting the household expenses.

This living situation has already been unconventional, with Pittman reportedly staying in the basement. However, the new order allows him access to the main areas of the house to assist with getting the children ready for school.

Shift in Custody Arrangements

Beyond the housing situation, the custody of their children has also seen a significant change. Ralph Pittman has been awarded primary physical custody during the school year. Drew Sidora will have parenting time on alternating weekends, starting in August, while both parents will maintain joint legal custody.

This shift in custody appears to be directly linked to concerns about the children’s school attendance while in Sidora’s care. This issue was reportedly raised during court proceedings and played a role in the judge’s decision, especially considering Sidora previously held primary custody.

Legal Battle Far From Over

However, Sidora’s team is emphasizing that this ruling is not the final word. A representative stated that the matter is still actively being litigated and is in the midst of a final trial. They clarified that this “Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case.”

This latest court decision adds another chapter to a divorce that has been contentious since both parties filed in March 2023. Sidora had previously accused Pittman of “continued blatant disrespect and mental abuse” and infidelity. While much of their relationship drama has been a storyline on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” the legal battle continues to unfold in real time.
