Netflix star Louis Russell is embroiled in a contentious legal battle with his ex-girlfriend, Nicole Olivera, over custody of their son, Luka. In a recent explosive court filing, Russell alleges that Olivera has deliberately cut off his access to their child and is using Luka as a “bargaining chip” amidst their ongoing tensions.
Accusations of Restricted Access and Fear of Relocation
According to the court documents, Russell claims he has been denied visitation rights, despite agreeing to certain conditions related to his current relationship. He expressed serious concern about Olivera’s actions, stating in the filing, “I am seriously concerned that she will move Luka. I will have a hard time finding our son and being a part of his life.”
This dispute follows an incident where Olivera reportedly obtained a temporary restraining order against Russell’s current girlfriend, Huda Mustafa. Olivera alleged that Mustafa appeared at her residence uninvited and made threats, prompting legal action.
Concerns Over Girlfriend’s Behavior and Legal Action
Sources close to Olivera claim she had reservations about Mustafa’s behavior early on and wished to keep her away from their son. An insider suggested that Russell initially supported Olivera’s decision to seek legal protection. Russell is now petitioning the court for an emergency order to grant him joint legal custody and establish a formal parenting plan.
Huda Mustafa has also publicly addressed the allegations, denying their veracity. “I’m aware of what’s being said and it’s not true,” she stated in a recent message. “I’m handling everything the right way by letting legal take care of it.” The case is ongoing as both parties prepare for further legal proceedings.
