Stefon Diggs Sues Stylist Over ‘False Allegations’

Denying Shocking Allegations

The situation stems from accusations made by Griffith back in October. Griffith claimed that in May 2023, Diggs allegedly drugged him, sexually assaulted him, and even conspired to have him killed. These are incredibly serious and disturbing allegations, and Diggs is unequivocally denying them.

According to Diggs’ lawsuit, filed on October 1st, the night in question involved hanging out with friends in Washington D.C. before heading to his Maryland home. Diggs states he went to his bedroom, and his assistant asked Griffith to leave, concluding the evening without any incident. He asserts Griffith’s claims are fabricated.

This isn’t the first time Griffith has pursued legal action related to Diggs. Previously, Griffith sued Diggs’ brother, Darez, alleging that his colleagues attacked him in an elevator in October 2024. Darez reportedly pleaded guilty to felony grand theft and received a two-year probation sentence.

Griffith’s lawyer, Jake Lebowitz, has responded to Stefon Diggs’ defamation lawsuit, stating, “Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks.” This indicates a strong counter-argument is expected.

Diggs’ Defense and Public Scrutiny

Griffith has reportedly been discussing these allegations online for over a year, adding a persistent narrative to the situation. Diggs’ decision to file a defamation lawsuit signals his intent to vigorously defend his reputation against these claims, which he labels as false.
