The DNA test results have officially confirmed that Stefon Diggs is indeed the biological father of Charlie, who was born in April. Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, confirmed the news to The U.S. Sun, stating, “The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child.”

Diggs himself has not yet publicly commented on the confirmed paternity. However, his attorney indicated that both Diggs and Lopera are aiming to establish a healthy co-parenting agreement for their daughter. This news comes amidst Diggs’s public relationship with rapper Cardi B, who is also expecting a child with him.

However, she previously alluded to Lopera’s claims during a September livestream, referencing Shirley Brown’s song “Woman to Woman” in a way that suggested a complicated co-parenting situation. Diggs recently shared that Cardi B’s due date is approaching soon, expressing his excitement about welcoming their son and the prospect of training him. He mentioned, “It’s supposed to happen real soon.
