CJ Pearson: White Liberals Are ‘Racist’ Towards Black Americans

Conservative activist CJ Pearson has ignited a debate by claiming that white liberals are inherently ‘racist’ towards Black Americans, particularly those who diverge from liberal political viewpoints. His strong stance was prompted by a protest sign seen outside an Arlington County school board meeting in Virginia.

Protest Sign Sparks Accusations of Racism

The incident involved a sign held by an unidentified white woman that drew parallels between transgender access to bathrooms and racial segregation, referencing Virginia’s Lieutenant Governor, Winsome Earle-Sears, who is Black and a Republican. The sign read: ‘Hey Winsome, if trans can’t share your bathroom, then Blacks can’t share my water fountain.’

Pearson reacted strongly on social media, calling the sign and its sentiment racist. He argued that white liberals are among the most racist people in the U.S. and that they become hostile towards Black individuals, like Earle-Sears, who think independently and don’t align with the Democratic party. ‘The Left has always been unapologetically nasty to Black people who think for themselves,’ Pearson stated.

Pearson further elaborated that the fear driving such behavior is the potential loss of political power over the Black community. He believes that as more Black Americans begin to question the Democratic party’s historical impact, their political grip will loosen. He even went as far as to label white liberal women as ‘the greatest threat to Western civilization’ on X.

Differing Reactions and Political Commentary

Other political figures weighed in on the controversial sign. Former Rep. Abigail Spanberger (D-Va.), also running for governor, condemned the signage as ‘racist and abhorrent,’ drawing parallels to Virginia’s history of segregation. However, Pearson, who is part of the GOP Youth Advisory Council, dismissed Spanberger’s response as a calculated and weak political move.

Lieutenant Governor Earle-Sears herself commented on Spanberger’s reaction, suggesting it was a ‘very weak response from a very weak person.’ This exchange highlights the deep political divisions and the charged rhetoric surrounding race and political affiliation in contemporary discourse.
