Jay-Z’s Alleged Son’s Godmother Fights Back

The legal drama surrounding Jay-Z and his alleged son, Rymir Satterthwaite, is far from over! Rymir’s godmother, Lillie M. Coley, is now stepping back into the ring, fighting hard after a judge denied her request for a restraining order. She believes the court overlooked crucial evidence in this decade-long paternity battle.

A New Motion to Revisit the Ruling

According to reports, Lillie M. Coley recently filed a new motion in Los Angeles federal court. She’s urging the judge to reconsider a recent ruling that essentially gave Jay-Z’s legal team the green light to pursue sanctions against her. This move comes hot on the heels of Judge Carl Nichols denying her emergency restraining order on October 24.

Jay-Z’s team had labeled Coley’s filings as “frivolous” and “harassing.” However, Coley is pushing back, claiming the court’s decision was based on an incomplete record. She alleges that Jay-Z’s attorneys only submitted 18 out of 135 pages from the original New Jersey court documents.

Allegations of Missing Evidence

Coley argues that these missing pages contain vital details that were crucial for the judge to have a full understanding of the case. Specifically, she points to a recent “modification application” allegedly filed by Jay-Z’s side, which she believes indicates the case is still very much active. She contends that the omission of these documents misrepresented the facts and led to an unfair ruling.

Now, Coley is asking for a second chance to present all the evidence and have her restraining order request reconsidered. It’s a complex legal dance that has been going on for over ten years now.

A Decade-Long Paternity Dispute

For years, Rymir Satterthwaite has claimed that Jay-Z is his biological father. Despite these persistent claims, the rapper has never publicly taken a DNA test and has consistently denied the accusations. With these new filings and Coley’s determination to present her side, it’s clear this legal battle is far from reaching its conclusion.
