Drew Sidora Wins Battle to Stay in Marital Home

Big news for Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora! In a last-minute turn of events, a Georgia judge has ruled that she can remain in the marital home she shares with her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman. This decision comes just as Drew was facing a looming deadline to vacate the property.

A Temporary Stay of Eviction

The initial court order would have forced Drew and Ralph to move out of their shared home by May 31st. However, Drew appealed to the court, arguing that being forced to leave would create significant hardship for her and her family. The judge has now reversed the earlier order, allowing both parties to stay in the house while the divorce case continues.

Drew’s filing highlighted financial concerns, stating she lacked the funds to quickly find a new home for herself and her 14-year-old son, Josiah. She also pointed to financial disparities, alleging Ralph earns significantly more than she does and has allowed the mortgage payments to fall behind by over $25,000.

Ongoing Divorce and Accusations

The divorce proceedings between Drew and Ralph officially began in March 2023, with both parties filing separate paperwork. Their split has been highly public, marked by accusations from Drew regarding cheating, mental abuse, and financial misconduct by Ralph. He has, in turn, denied these claims and made accusations of his own, including alleging Drew’s infidelity.

Last summer, Ralph took to X (formerly Twitter) to share what he claimed were screenshots, accusing Drew of being unfaithful. He also suggested that certain storylines on RHOA, like his trip to Tampa, were staged by producers. Drew has consistently denied romantic involvement with individuals like business consultant Blakk or former WNBA player Ty Young, maintaining these relationships were strictly platonic.

Ultimately, Drew has stated her primary focus remains on her children. She and Ralph share joint legal custody of their two younger children, Machai, 10, and Aniya, 8. This latest court decision offers Drew some stability amidst the ongoing legal and personal turmoil.
