Khloé Kardashian Influenced Tristan Thompson’s Vasectomy

It turns out Khloé Kardashian might have had the final say on Tristan Thompson’s family planning! On a recent episode of her podcast, ‘Khloé in Wonder Land,’ the reality star revealed that she gave her ex an ‘ultimatum’ that ultimately led to him undergoing a vasectomy. While Thompson initially saved sperm, he’s now made it clear he’s done with expanding his brood.

An Ultimatum and a Stubborn Learner

During their chat, Kardashian playfully asked Thompson if he envisioned more children in his future. Thompson responded with a joke about having ‘signed off for two embryos’ and stated, ‘I already have enough baby moms. I don’t want no more. More than enough.’ When Kardashian probed about who influenced this decision, she admitted, ‘That was me. Tristan might have had a little ultimatum from me.’

Thompson acknowledged his initial reluctance, admitting he can be stubborn. ‘More times than not. Which, I wish I wasn’t as stubborn,’ he shared. ‘I guess I am an experienced learner. I learn from experience, not as much as being told.’

A Look Back at Thompson’s Children

Thompson’s journey to fatherhood began in 2016 with his son Prince, born to then-girlfriend Jordan Craig. He and Kardashian welcomed their daughter True in 2018, followed by their son Tatum via surrogate in 2022, though they officially ended their relationship in 2021. He also welcomed son Theo with model Maralee Nichols in 2021.

Leaving a Door Open… for Khloé

Despite the vasectomy, Thompson revealed he’s kept one option open: using his saved sperm if he and Kardashian were ever to decide on having more children together. ‘We saved sperm because I said, ‘What if you get married and your wife doesn’t have kids and you want to do that?’’ Kardashian explained. ‘So we did that. Because you could also reverse it.’

However, Thompson was quick to emphasize his disinterest in repeating the procedure. ‘No. I’m not laying down on that table again,’ he stated firmly. Kardashian playfully reminded him that the procedure wasn’t that bad, noting he was up and walking soon after, even watching the 2021 NBA Finals.
