Yeezy Sued for $150K Web Design Bill

It looks like Ye’s Yeezy brand is in hot water again, this time over a hefty web design bill! A company called Ryanso, LLC has filed a lawsuit, claiming they’re owed a whopping $150,000 for services rendered. This latest legal drama adds another layer to the ongoing business complexities surrounding the Yeezy empire.

The Allegations: A Contract Gone Sour

According to court documents, Ryanso, LLC entered into an agreement with Yeezy back in January 2025. The deal was for web design services, and the price tag was set at $150,000. Ryanso asserts that they successfully completed all the agreed-upon work by October 2025 and promptly submitted their invoice.

However, the payment never came. Ryanso claims they made multiple attempts to resolve the issue amicably before resorting to legal action. They even sent a formal written demand in March, warning that a lawsuit would be filed if the balance remained unpaid. After two months of silence, Ryanso decided it was time to take Yeezy to court.

What Yeezy Is Being Accused Of

The lawsuit officially filed by Ryanso, LLC includes accusations of breach of contract and unjust enrichment. Essentially, they’re saying Yeezy agreed to pay for a service, didn’t pay after receiving the completed work, and unfairly benefited from it. Ryanso is seeking the full $150,000 payment, plus reimbursement for their legal fees and other associated costs.

As of now, neither Ye nor Yeezy has publicly commented on these allegations. This situation is unfolding during a particularly turbulent period for Ye and his various business ventures. The Yeezy brand has faced significant financial repercussions following controversial remarks made by Ye, which led to the termination of its lucrative partnership with Adidas.

A Pattern of Business Challenges

While Ye has been making efforts to publicly mend his image, the fallout from past comments continues to cast a shadow. This latest lawsuit from Ryanso, LLC raises further questions about the operational stability and the health of Yeezy’s ongoing business relationships. It’s a stark reminder that even major fashion brands can face significant hurdles in managing their financial obligations.
