The Evolution of Verzuz

Verzuz, founded by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland, started as a virtual hit battle during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has since evolved into one of music’s most-watched live events, featuring legendary matchups like Brandy vs. Monica and Snoop Dogg vs. DMX. The platform has become a go-to for celebrating the legacies of music’s biggest stars.

This latest showdown between Rick Ross and French Montana is set to continue that tradition, offering fans a night filled with nostalgia, incredible music, and, undoubtedly, some viral moments. It’s a perfect way to celebrate the enduring power of hip-hop’s club anthems.
