According to the complaint, Soto experienced a series of retaliatory actions. Her hours were allegedly cut, her workload became unmanageable, and her schedule was constantly being changed. The lawsuit also details a particularly upsetting incident where Sibrian allegedly threatened Soto’s job when she refused to stay late on her birthday, reportedly saying, “No one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner.”

In an attempt to address these issues, Soto claims she wrote a detailed letter to Jenner herself, leaving it on her massage table. Unfortunately, instead of finding a resolution, Soto alleges the situation only worsened. She was reportedly warned not to contact Jenner again and was told she was no longer allowed to even look at or smile at Kylie, with the instruction to “disappear” if she saw her.
