AllStar JR Accused of Shooting NBA Ben 10

The legal troubles surrounding rapper AllStar JR have taken a serious turn, with new allegations suggesting he may be the gunman responsible for injuring NBA Ben 10. While initial reports of JR’s arrest were unclear about the connection, further details paint a grim picture of the incident.

Allegations of Severe Injuries

According to reports from DJ Akademiks, federal officials allege that AllStar JR, whose real name is Jeremy Christopher Ford, left one of the victims without feeling in his legs. This detail seems plausible given the differing injuries reported for the two victims. The other identified victim, Ron, reportedly suffered leg injuries along with the amputation of a finger.

Hospital officials informed investigators that one injured victim had a finger amputated due to a gunshot wound and sustained severe leg injuries. The second victim, as of April 15th, was reported to have lost all feeling in his legs. These accounts suggest the severity of the assault on NBA Ben 10.

Close-Range Shots and Taunting

Court documents further allege that Ford returned to an injured man lying on the floor and fired additional rounds at close range. Investigators also claim that he later pointed the gun again, but appeared to be out of ammunition. The documents reportedly state that he struck the man with the handgun and spat on him before fleeing the scene.

Adding to the disturbing allegations, the criminal complaint suggests that JR fled the scene in a white Cadillac Escalade, allegedly to taunt those involved online. Reports indicate that Ford posted multiple videos on social media appearing to mock the victims and later released a music video that referenced the shooting, complete with lyrics and what authorities describe as a reenactment.

Arrest and Prior Conviction

AllStar JR was arrested in California early this morning while reportedly on his way to an interview with DJ Vlad. He has been charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, stemming from an incident on or about April 8th in the Southern District of Houston. The felony charge is due to JR’s prior felony conviction in Michigan.

As of the latest reports, NBA Ben 10 is still hospitalized and recovering from his injuries. The NFL is reportedly reviewing the matter under its personal conduct policy, while the Falcons have declined further comment.
