Kylie Jenner Sued by Former Housekeeper

It looks like Kylie Jenner is facing some serious allegations. A former employee has filed a lawsuit claiming discrimination and mistreatment while working at the reality star’s Los Angeles residence. The claims paint a picture of a difficult and potentially abusive work environment.

Allegations of Discrimination and Harassment

The lawsuit, filed on April 18th, comes from Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, who worked as a housekeeper at Jenner’s Hidden Hills property from September 2024 to August 2025. Vasquez, who identifies as a Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic, alleges she endured discrimination based on her race, national origin, religion, and disability.

According to the court documents, Vasquez describes her time working there as a “toxic and abusive environment.” She claims that she was repeatedly singled out by other employees and a supervisor, subjected to hostility and exclusion, and consistently assigned the most demanding tasks.

Hostile Work Environment and Ignored Concerns

The lawsuit further details specific instances of alleged mistreatment. Vasquez claims coworkers mocked her accent, snapped their fingers at her, and even made her complete tasks assigned to others. In one particularly concerning incident in March 2025, a supervisor allegedly threw hangers at her feet during a confrontation.

Despite reporting this behavior, Vasquez alleges that her concerns were met with dismissal, mockery, or outright ignorance. The cumulative effect of these alleged conditions became unbearable, leading her to resign in August 2025, stating the “working conditions had become intolerable.”

Legal Action Against Jenner and Agencies

Kylie Jenner is named as a defendant in the lawsuit, along with two service agencies: Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services. This legal battle brings serious accusations against the celebrity and the companies responsible for managing household staff at her property. The outcome of this lawsuit will be closely watched.
