D4vd has been accused of murder in connection with the death of Celeste Rivas, whose dismembered body was discovered in the trunk of an abandoned Tesla registered to the singer back in September. Prosecutors allege that D4vd “personally used a deadly and dangerous weapon, a sharp instrument, to commit the crime.” District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman stated that Rivas, who was under 14, was allegedly subjected to “repeated lewd and lascivious sexual relations” by Burke. The allegations further claim that when Rivas threatened to expose his actions and career, Burke murdered her, dismembered her body, and placed it in bags in his car.
