According to reports, Lil Tjay was also cited for a traffic violation and is currently being held on a $500 bond, with his release expected soon. While the rapper himself was not shot, his arrest is directly linked to the events that led to Offset being hospitalized.

TMZ’s report indicates that the disorderly conduct charge stems from a fight that occurred just prior to the shooting. It remains unclear at this time if this altercation was the direct cause of the shooting incident itself. Earlier this morning, Lil Tjay’s attorney, Dawn M. Florio, issued a statement to address the rumors. “We are issuing this release in regards to false rumors that Lil Tjay was involved in a shooting which occurred at the Valet Area of the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood which resulting in non-life threatening injuries to Offset,” Florio stated.
The statement explicitly denied that Lil Tjay had been shot or charged with any involvement in the shooting itself, urging the public to consult trusted news sources. “Any reporting to the contrary is false. We encourage people to consult trusted news sources, and to verify the accuracy of any reporting, before reflexively sharing or repeating baseless rumors.”
