Mustard Wins Court Ruling in Divorce Battle

Producer Mustard, legally known as Dijon McFarlane, has achieved a major win in his contentious custody dispute with ex-wife Chanel Thierry. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Mustard has been granted the authority to make final decisions regarding their three children’s education through August 2026.

Educational Authority Granted Amid Social Media Concerns

This ruling specifically pertains to educational matters for their children. The decision came after concerns were raised in court regarding social media activity. A judge determined that some of Chanel Thierry’s posts violated a prior agreement that required both parents to refrain from making negative or disrespectful comments about each other in front of their children.

Consequently, Mustard has been given tie-breaking authority in educational decisions when he and Thierry cannot reach an agreement. This gives him the final say on schooling matters for their kids.

Co-Parenting Therapy Ordered

In addition to the educational authority ruling, both Mustard and Thierry have been ordered to participate in co-parenting therapy. This measure aims to improve their communication and foster a healthier co-parenting dynamic moving forward.

Mustard has also been instructed to provide a list of potential therapists for Thierry to review. Despite the court’s findings, the judge declined to impose the financial penalties that had been requested. A representative for Thierry described the decision as temporary and limited in scope.
