Bre Tiesi, one of Nick Cannon’s baby mamas, is making it clear where she stands in his complex personal life. While attending the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party on March 15th, Tiesi addressed her relationship with Cannon and confidently declared her status.
‘I’m Always Number One’
During an interview with Extra, Tiesi stated unequivocally, “I’m always number one.” She emphasized that her focus remains on her own needs and happiness, rather than getting caught up in the dynamics of Cannon’s other relationships. “I got what I wanted and what makes me feel good, and that’s all that matters,” she explained.
Tiesi believes that diverting energy towards Cannon’s other partners would be counterproductive and grant them undue influence over her peace of mind. “Giving anyone else that kind of attention… is too much power,” she added. “As long as my needs are met, I’m number one. I’m happy.”
Navigating a Non-Traditional Family Structure
Tiesi’s comments come as Nick Cannon’s personal life continues to attract public attention, given that he has 12 children with several different women, including Abby De La Rosa, Brittany Bell, Alyssa Scott, and LaNisha Cole. Despite the unconventional family structure, some of the mothers have spoken about their unique dynamics.
