Get ready to turn up! Ice Spice is back with another banger, and this time she’s brought along the Dominican firecracker, Tokischa. Their brand new track, “Thootie,” dropped on December 5, 2025, and it’s already shaping up to be the ultimate party anthem you didn’t know you needed.
A Fusion of Fierce Flavors
This isn’t just any collaboration; “Thootie” is a masterful blend of Ice Spice’s signature Bronx swagger and Tokischa’s raw, unapologetic Dominican flow. The result? A high-energy track that’s pure fire, designed to get you moving and grooving.
From the moment the beat drops, you can feel the confidence radiating from both artists. Ice Spice delivers her sharp, playful bars, while Tokischa complements them with her distinctive, gritty delivery. It’s a dynamic pairing that just works.
Slick Production for a Smooth Ride
Credit where credit is due: the production on “Thootie” is absolutely slick. Frequent collaborator RIOT has crafted a beat that perfectly supports both artists, allowing their individual styles to shine while creating a cohesive, danceable soundscape. It’s the kind of production that makes you want to hit repeat.
This single follows Ice Spice’s trend of dropping infectious standalone tracks, keeping fans hyped between larger projects. You might remember other hits like “Gyatt” and “Baddie Baddie” – “Thootie” fits right in with that vibe.
Beyond the Music: Ice Spice’s Expanding Horizons
While “Thootie” is making waves, Ice Spice is also venturing into new territory. She’s set to make her voice acting debut in the upcoming “The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants.” Talk about diversifying your talents!
