It seems the separation between ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Drew Sidora and her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman, is taking an unconventional turn. Despite their impending divorce, Sidora confirmed that Pittman is still residing in their family home – specifically, in the basement.
An Unconventional Living Arrangement
Speaking exclusively with BOSSIP at BravoCon, Drew Sidora shared the details of their current living situation. “He’s still residing in the lower level,” she explained, referencing a court-ordered arrangement that allows Ralph to remain in the house. Drew added that she’s focusing on her own well-being, stating, “I’m just going through the process. My mental health… I’m in a better place.”
This unique cohabitation arrangement has certainly raised eyebrows. Rumors of reconciliation even swirled back in May when Ralph posted a video of them cooking together for Memorial Day. In the clip, Drew appeared happy, playing sous-chef and smiling as Ralph fed her. He even captioned it with a playful reference to his ‘Daddy In The Kitchen’ apron line, noting Drew called him ‘daddy’ off-camera.
Co-Parenting and Therapy
However, Drew quickly shut down any reconciliation speculation. She clarified in comments on social media that the cooking moment was intended as a private co-parenting effort, not for public consumption. “We have to co-parent and maintain a good relationship for the sake of the kids,” she wrote, emphasizing her surprise that the moment was posted online.
At BravoCon, Sidora reiterated that the video was not a sign of rekindling their marriage. She credits therapy with helping her navigate the complexities of living with her ex. “Get you a therapist when you’re going through heartbreak, divorce; whatever it may be,” she advised. “That’s what’s kept me going and able to stay healthy and work.”
A Hopeful Future
Despite the challenging circumstances, Drew Sidora expressed a sense of renewed hope for her future. “I feel better,” she told BOSSIP. “I feel hopeful for my future. I got my music. I’m doing a lot of things for me, and I’m choosing me.”
