Diggs vehemently denies all of Griffith’s allegations. He is seeking damages and attorney’s fees, though the specific amount has not yet been disclosed in the court filings. This legal action is Diggs’s way of clearing his name against what he calls a fabricated story.

He alleged that Diggs offered him drugged candy, made unwanted sexual advances, and even orchestrated threats to silence him. Griffith also involved brands and celebrities associated with Diggs, like Ugg and Sarah Jessica Parker, shortly after Diggs appeared in a campaign for one of them.

Griffith’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz, has stated that his client stands by his claims and intends to file a countersuit for sexual battery. Griffith has also shared a police report he filed earlier this year, reiterating the accusations made online. This suggests both parties are prepared for a significant legal fight.
