Cardi B Slams Offset’s ‘Obsessed’ Behavior

It seems the drama between Cardi B and her estranged husband, Offset, is far from over. Cardi is reportedly hitting back hard after Offset seemingly alluded to her son with boyfriend Stefon Diggs being his own, citing Georgia law. The rapper is not holding back, highlighting alleged issues of mental illness, substance abuse, and harassment.

A Messy Divorce and New Relationships

Even though Cardi B filed for divorce and has moved on with NFL star Stefon Diggs, with whom she recently welcomed a baby boy, she remains legally married to Offset. The couple, who married in September 2017, share two children, Kulture and Wave. After navigating cheating rumors and separations, Cardi confirmed she was single by December 2023, only to announce her third pregnancy with Offset in August 2024, shortly after filing for divorce. Their second daughter, Blossom Belle Cephus, was born in September 2024.

Cardi and Stefon Diggs were first linked in October 2024, despite initial denials. Amidst the ongoing divorce proceedings, Cardi described the situation as “not peaceful at all” in a September 2025 interview with ‘The Breakfast Club.’ She even commented on Offset’s song ‘Move On,’ where he rapped about her not listening to rules and wanting to go to Nobu. Cardi questioned why he was still bothering her and not just signing the divorce papers.

Offset’s Controversial Comments

The situation escalated in November 2025, just ahead of the birth of Cardi and Stefon’s first child together (Cardi’s fourth). Offset took to Twitter, posting, “Divorce ain’t even finali[z]ed and you popping out another man kid 🤣🤡 #YouInTimeout.” Following the birth of their son, whose name remains undisclosed, Offset tweeted again, “Already got a name for my kid. Keep yo Spanish sh*t to yourself lol,” and added “My kid” to his Instagram Story.

These comments came after social media users pointed out a detail in Georgia law: because Cardi and Offset were still legally married when she welcomed her child with Diggs, Offset could legally be presumed as the father. However, Offset’s brother seemingly tried to quell the online drama, commenting that they “didn’t get married in GA, why are y’all pushing this cap sh*t?”

Cardi’s Strong Response

Seemingly responding to Offset’s tweets, Cardi shared her own messages, expressing her frustration. “Mf’ers do anything for attention and it could get real nasty with just one upload… LEAVE ME TF ALONE,” she wrote. “Y’all be thinking it’s so funny and it’s not.. it’s been over a year and I’m still being harassed and threatened to the point that I feel like my life in danger.. it’s all fun and games until it’s too late.”

Taking to X Spaces, Cardi elaborated further, alleging she’s being harassed by someone with an “unhealthy obsession” who is dealing with “mental illness” and “substance abuse.” Her strong words suggest a deep level of distress and a desire to put an end to the ongoing harassment.
