Talk about a reunion! Hip-hop veteran Max B, recently released after serving over 15 years in prison, was spotted at the New York Jets game against the Cleveland Browns. But the real surprise? He ran into none other than Wu-Tang Clan legend Method Man, who was working as a photographer at the event!
A Hilarious Request
In a video capturing the moment, after a warm embrace, Max B jokingly asked Method Man to help him score a gig at the game. “Get me a job!” Max B exclaimed, clearly in good spirits. He wasn’t alone either; French Montana was also in attendance with Max B, celebrating his friend’s return to freedom.
Max B’s appearance at the game marks a significant moment, coming shortly after his release from prison. He was originally sentenced to 75 years on serious charges but later took a plea deal for aggravated manslaughter in 2016. His freedom was confirmed on social media by French Montana, who celebrated his brother’s return on his own birthday.
Max B’s New Outlook
Speaking with The People Gallery on Instagram later that day, Max B shared his positive state of mind. “I’m feeling righteous. Feeling good. I’m grateful. I’m thankful. God is good,” he expressed. He also offered some fashion advice: “Listen, man, just be yourself… Get what you can afford, be yourself, wear what you wear. If it look good on you, own it!”
When asked about his favorite movie, he confidently named ‘New Jack City,’ but admitted he struggled to pick a favorite song, humorously stating, “I’m my favorite.” He also added a playful challenge for aspiring artists: “Anybody that can keep up with the boss don, anybody that’s an A-lister, anybody that got a sack, pause, look me up. I’mma get your right, I’mma get you wavy.”
The Jets ultimately won the game against the Browns with a score of 27-20, improving their season record. This win came after several significant trades made by the team at the deadline. It seems like a winning day all around for Max B – celebrating freedom, enjoying a game, and sharing laughs with an old friend.
