Get ready to hit play! Tyler the Creator fans have a reason to celebrate this morning as the artist has officially released ‘Chromakopia+’ on streaming platforms. This special deluxe version arrives just in time to mark the one-year anniversary of his acclaimed album, ‘Chromakopia.’
A Surprise Addition: ‘Mother’
The most exciting part of ‘Chromakopia+’ is the inclusion of a brand-new track titled ‘Mother.’ Interestingly, this song isn’t tucked away at the beginning or end of the tracklist. Instead, it finds its place as the 12th song, adding a unique listening experience. Given the themes and overall sound of ‘Mother,’ many fans, and perhaps even the writer, are surprised it wasn’t part of the original album.
The release date for this new track is October 29, 2025, and it’s categorized under the Hip-Hop genre. If you were a fan of the original ‘Chromakopia,’ you’ll definitely want to give this fresh addition a listen. It’s a great way to revisit the album with a new perspective.
Quotable Lyrics from ‘Mother’
Homie made sure nobody came to press lines, fine
Momma told me not to come over there
But y’all treat me right, y’all handle my fights
And told me not to ever, ever, ever, ever pick up this life
I hope I did right — Tyler the Creator – ‘Mother’
A Year of ‘Chromakopia’
