According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Dreka alleges that Kevin began to dismantle their family’s financial stability in late 2021. She claims he stopped covering essential expenses like property taxes and private school tuition for their two children, Islah (12) and Khaza (11).

While these core family bills allegedly went unpaid, Dreka asserts that Kevin was busy flaunting his wealth. She points to his acquisition of 18 luxury cars and a staggering $4.7 million estate in Calabasas as evidence of his extravagant spending, contrasting sharply with his alleged lack of family support.

Mounting Debt and Legal Demands

The situation appears to be dire, as Dreka also revealed that the Gates family’s farm in Mississippi is now facing foreclosure. Adding to the financial pressure, the IRS is reportedly pursuing the family for a massive $7 million in unpaid taxes.

In light of these claims, Dreka is asking the court to order Kevin to pay a substantial sum: $27,193 per month for child support and an additional $46,274 monthly for spousal support. This legal action comes after Dreka officially filed for divorce in July, citing irreconcilable differences.
