Chris Brown’s ‘Broke Troll’ Jab at Kevin McCall

It seems like the drama between Chris Brown and Kevin McCall is far from over! Even though rapper Young Thug tried to play peacemaker, Chris Brown isn’t exactly opening his wallet for his former collaborator anytime soon. Following Kevin McCall’s emotional appearance on the “Back on Figg” podcast, Chris Brown dropped what many are calling a direct, sarcastic response on his Instagram Stories.

The ‘Broke Troll’ Response

Brown posted a cryptic message that read, “Remember this: you can’t walk across a burnt bridge. And you know what’s funnier than a troll? A BROKE ONE.” This jab came hot on the heels of McCall’s tearful interview where he detailed his recent struggles. It’s a pretty pointed message, especially considering the history between these two artists.

Kevin McCall’s Emotional Plea

During his “Back on Figg” podcast interview, Kevin McCall got candid about his difficulties. He shared that he hasn’t seen his children in almost a decade and is currently relying on an EBT card. Adding to his woes, McCall believes he’s owed a significant sum – $25,000 – from Chris Brown for four songs he wrote for him.

He expressed his frustration, questioning why he has an EBT card while Brown is seemingly thriving. “Why the f-ck I got an EBT card? And this n—a at Breezy Bowl and made ninety-or-whatever-the-f-ck-million and said K-K-K-K-Mac? Can I get $25K for them four songs I owe you bro?” McCall lamented during the interview.

Young Thug’s Attempt to Mediate

In an effort to help, Young Thug reached out to McCall, suggesting that Chris Brown was just busy and would have helped if he could. Thug even offered to provide the $25,000 himself, tweeting, “Kevin McCall hit me my n–a. I’ll give u the 25k u need, and i no CB would give it to u also bro he a real one. N—s is busy sometimes brada.”

Past Controversies and Accusations

This isn’t the first time McCall has made headlines for his comments about Chris Brown or his associates. Social media users pointed out his recent controversial remarks about Bryson Tiller after Tiller gifted Brown a new Lamborghini. McCall made some rather shocking accusations about Tiller’s sexuality and relationship with Brown.

While it remains to be seen if Kevin McCall will ever receive the money he believes he’s owed, Chris Brown’s latest Instagram post suggests he’s not taking McCall’s pleas seriously. The ‘Broke Troll’ comment certainly adds another layer to their long-standing feud.
