Jeezy & DJ Drama Drop New ‘Still Sno’ LP for His Birthday

Get ready, hip-hop heads! The legendary duo of Jeezy and DJ Drama are back to bless us with some fresh heat. Following up on their acclaimed 2022 project ‘Snofall,’ these two titans are reuniting for a brand new Gangsta Grillz LP titled ‘Still Sno.’ And guess what? It’s dropping on September 28th, which also happens to be Jeezy’s birthday!

Celebrating Two Decades of Thug Motivation

This release comes at a significant time for Jeezy, as he’s been celebrating the 20th anniversary of his groundbreaking 2005 debut album, ‘Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101.’ This iconic record not only reshaped Southern rap but also propelled trap music into the mainstream. Jeezy even took this milestone on the road, reimagining the album with a full orchestra for a truly unique concert experience.

Reflecting on his journey, Jeezy shared, “I’ve definitely been in this game 20 years. We celebrating 20 years of TM101, which has been an amazing milestone in my career.” But for the Snowman, resting on laurels isn’t the move. He added, “Taking the orchestra on the road, but I also wanted to keep it going.”

The ‘Still Sno’ Project: A New Chapter

That relentless drive has fueled this new collaboration with DJ Drama, a name synonymous with the golden era of Gangsta Grillz mixtapes. ‘Still Sno’ isn’t just another project; Jeezy himself calls it one of his strongest releases to date. He’s feeling revitalized, stating, “I feel like I’m in the zone. I feel like I got my second wind very much in my creative space.”

The title, ‘Still Sno,’ is a powerful statement. It reinforces the enduring ‘Snowman’ persona Jeezy has cultivated throughout his career, signifying that his hustle and creativity are far from slowing down. He’s even declared the release day ‘Snow Day,’ making it a dual celebration of his birthday and this highly anticipated musical gift.

So much so that DJ Drama and I are dropping a new project on September 28, which is my birthday. It’s called Still Sno and it’s a Gangsta Grillz. This is one of my favorite projects ever. — Jeezy
