d4vd Continues Tour Amid Dead Body Investigation

In a truly bizarre turn of events, singer-songwriter d4vd is continuing his world tour despite being involved in a shocking dead body investigation. The artist, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, hit the stage in Minneapolis on September 9th, seemingly unfazed by the unfolding situation.

On Tour Amidst Investigation

Despite the grim circumstances, d4vd is sticking to his WITHERED World Tour schedule. Videos from his Minneapolis performance show the artist in good spirits, engaging with an energized crowd and even handing out Labubu plush dolls to lucky fans. It appears the 20-year-old phenom is committed to fulfilling his tour obligations.

If all goes according to plan, d4vd is scheduled to perform in Kansas City, Missouri, later tonight. His world tour, supporting his debut album ‘WITHERED’ released in April, is about halfway complete. He’s slated to head to Europe on October 1st and wrap up his U.S. shows with a Los Angeles performance on September 20th.

Cooperating with Authorities

The investigation centers around a heavily decomposed body discovered inside d4vd’s Tesla, which was located at a Hollywood impound lot. A statement released by someone on d4vd’s team confirmed his cooperation with the authorities. ‘d4vd has been informed about what’s happened. And, although he is still out on tour, he is fully cooperating with the authorities.’

While d4vd himself has yet to make a public statement, TMZ reported yesterday that he is reportedly doing well. The LAPD, who are treating this as a death investigation, have shared some details about the deceased through the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.

Details About the Deceased

The unidentified woman appears to have been deceased in the vehicle for an extended period. Authorities were unable to determine her age or race/ethnicity. She was wearing a tube top and black leggings (size small), had wavy black hair, and a tattoo on her right index finger that read ‘Shhh.’ She was also wearing yellow metal earrings and a matching bracelet.

The circumstances surrounding how the body ended up in d4vd’s vehicle are still under investigation. It’s a developing story that has certainly raised many questions.
