Adin Ross: Drake’s ‘Iceman’ Tracklist Surprise?

Drake has fans eagerly anticipating his new album, ‘Iceman,’ with frequent livestreams teasing potential tracks. However, according to streamer Adin Ross, much of what fans have heard might not even make the final cut. Ross claims he’s seen the official tracklist and alleges that a staggering ’90 percent’ of the music previewed isn’t slated for release.

A Claim of “Behind Closed Doors” Access

In a clip shared by DJ Akademiks TV on Instagram, Adin Ross stated, “What I saw, what I’ve seen, 90-something percent is not on the tracklist that I’ve seen.” He emphasized his close relationship with Drake, suggesting he has privileged information. “Drake and I, we’re very close, we speak a lot… He’s all for talking to me about his album and stuff like that.”

Hinting at Major Surprises

Ross further elaborated, suggesting that the music Drake has been playing recently is vastly different from what he’s seen on the finalized tracklist. “The stuff he was playing yesterday is not at all, like, nowhere what I have been seeing, listening, or hearing, if that makes sense,” he remarked. He concluded by urging fans to be patient, hinting that Drake has “a ton of surprises” and is working on “some crazy s**t.”

Fan Reception and Previous Teases

The reception to Drake’s ‘Iceman’ livestreams has been mixed, with some fans enjoying the previews while others expected something different. Tracks like ‘Dog House’ featuring Yeat, ‘That’s Just How I Feel,’ and the ‘SOMEBODY LOVES ME PT. 2’ remix have been among those teased. It remains to be seen if Adin Ross’s claims hold true when ‘Iceman’ is officially released.

While Ross’s statement should be taken with a grain of salt, his alleged access and the plausibility of artists changing tracklists late in the process make this an intriguing development for Drake fans. We’ll have to wait for the official release to see just how many surprises Drake has in store.
