Love Island USA: Ace Greene Doubts ‘Nicolandria’ Romance

As the dust settles after the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion, not all relationships are appearing to be as solid as they seemed on screen. Cast member Ace Greene has recently spoken out, casting doubt on the fan-favorite “Nicolandria” couple, comprised of Nicolas “Nic” Vansteenberghe and Olandria Carthen.

Ace Greene’s Doubts About ‘Nicolandria’

In a post-reunion interview with Speedy Mormon, Ace was directly asked about the status of Nic and Olandria’s relationship. Instead of a straightforward answer, Ace remained silent, only offering a smirk when pressed further. He later explained that his thoughts were “tough” because Olandria is a close friend.

Ace revealed that in his last conversation with Nic, the islander admitted there wasn’t a “romantic spark” with Olandria, despite their mutual attraction. When asked about other couples from the show, Ace suggested that Taylor Williams and Clarke Carraway appear to have a genuine connection, but remained coy about the authenticity of other pairings, including “Nicolandria.”

Other Cast Members and Challenges Discussed

During the interview, Ace also touched upon the controversial Heart Rate Challenge, specifically Olandria’s interaction with him. He mentioned that while he and his partner Chelley had initially downplayed the challenge as just a game, the intensity of Olandria’s actions, which he described as “crazy as hell,” was unexpected. Ace also clarified that Chelley did hold him accountable for his part in the challenge, despite his smiling demeanor.

Shortly after the interview was released, Olandria seemingly responded to Ace’s claims via Twitter, dismissing the drama with a brief message about her successful event at Tuskegee. Her response suggested she wasn’t giving Ace’s allegations much attention.
