  • Wack 100 on Young Thug Snitching Claims

The hip-hop world is buzzing, and not for the reasons Young Thug might hope. A recently resurfaced audio clip from a police interrogation, where Thugger discusses Peewee Roscoe, has ignited a firestorm of “snitching” allegations. Now, music executive Wack 100 has entered the fray, offering his blunt take on the situation.

Wack 100’s Stance: ‘Telling is Telling’

During a conversation with DJ Akademiks, which was livestreamed, Wack 100 didn’t mince words. While Ak attempted to offer explanations for Young Thug’s statements, Wack maintained a firm stance: “telling is telling.” He believes that even if Thugger was trying to manipulate the police or “spin” the narrative, speaking to law enforcement about another individual constitutes snitching.

Wack 100 pointed out that this clip has been around for a while, but the current criticism is amplified due to Young Thug’s recent public jabs at Gunna, who has also faced snitching allegations. Wack feels that Thugger should have remained silent, especially concerning his fellow artists, and avoided any interaction with law enforcement altogether.

    Young Thug Defends His Actions

Young Thug himself responded to the controversy, particularly addressing Ralo, who had called him out for allegedly causing Lil Baby to cut ties. Thugger explained his perspective, differentiating his situation from others. He tweeted, “Your friends said you didn’t lie… You actually told on real people… I made an honest mistake saying that we sold Lil Wayne Weed to try to prove to the detectives that we wasn’t beefing with him. See the difference?”

He further highlighted Ralo’s own alleged actions, suggesting Ralo offered to testify against Thugger and YFN Lucci to get out of jail. Thugger’s defense implies that his statements were made with the intent to protect his associates, contrasting it with what he perceives as Ralo’s self-serving betrayal. Despite these explanations, the debate over what constitutes snitching in the hip-hop community continues.

  • Offset Calls Gunna His Favorite Collaborator, Ignores YSL Drama

Offset, known for his work with Migos and numerous collaborations, has revealed who he considers his most seamless studio partner: Gunna. Despite Gunna’s past involvement in the YSL RICO trial, Offset emphasizes their creative synergy and brushes off any potential controversy.

    A Seamless Creative Connection

During a recent interview on the “Full Send Podcast,” Offset was asked about the artist who is most “automatic” in the studio. Without hesitation, he named Gunna. “Me and Gunna. We just know the pockets to be in, bounce off each other with good ideas,” Offset explained, highlighting their natural chemistry.

This creative connection is something Offset values highly. He shared that working with Gunna taught him a valuable lesson: “tune s**t out and get to what people really love you for.” This focus on their craft and their audience seems to be a key element in their successful collaborations.

    Focusing on Music, Not Drama

The podcast hosts also brought up the controversy surrounding Gunna’s plea deal in the YSL RICO case. While Gunna has maintained he did not cooperate with authorities, public opinion was divided. However, Offset made it clear that such issues don’t affect his professional relationships.

“Don’t be my business, so, nah. I don’t see any flak,” Offset stated, underscoring his commitment to focusing on the music itself rather than external drama. He recognizes Gunna’s dedication to his craft, noting that the rapper consistently releases high-quality work despite past challenges.
