  • Eminem’s Ex Kim Scott Arrested for Suspected DUI

It appears Kim Scott, the ex-wife of rap superstar Eminem, is once again facing legal troubles. This comes just days after she entered a no-contest plea to charges related to impaired driving and failing to report an accident.

    Another DUI Suspected

According to Chesterfield Township PD Detective Sergeant Joseph Field, Scott was arrested on Wednesday night on suspicion of driving under the influence. The incident reportedly occurred around 9 PM near the 21 Mile Zone in Michigan, where she allegedly struck a parked car.

Scott was subsequently taken to the Macomb County Jail in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, and booked. Reports indicate she has since been released. This latest arrest follows closely on the heels of her previous legal issues.

    A Pattern of Legal Issues

The original charges Scott pleaded no contest to involved a similar scenario. She reportedly crashed into a parked car while her son and three friends were passengers. Following the collision, she allegedly drove home and crashed into her garage. Police noted the presence of liquor bottles in the car and administered a breathalyzer test at the scene.

Eminem and Kim Scott have a long and famously tumultuous history, having been married and divorced twice between 1999 and 2006. This latest legal entanglement adds another chapter to their complex relationship.

Overall, this is a very sad story, and we hope Scott can get the help she needs. — HNHH

This is a developing story, and further updates will be provided as they become available.

  • Tiger Woods Arrested for DUI After Florida Crash

Golf legend Tiger Woods has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) following a single-vehicle rollover crash in Jupiter Island, Florida. The incident occurred on Friday, March 27, 2026, near South Beach Road, and authorities reported that Woods was driving at a high rate of speed before the collision.

Details of the Crash and Arrest

According to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, Woods’ Range Rover overturned after he reportedly attempted to avoid hitting a truck towing a trailer. Sheriff John Budensiek stated that responding officers observed signs of impairment in Woods. “Our DUI investigators came to the scene, and Mr. Woods did (exhibit) signs of impairment,” Budensiek told WPTV.

Woods was arrested and taken to the Martin County Jail. While he agreed to a breathalyzer test, which showed no alcohol in his system (registering “triple zeroes”), he declined a urine test. Officials are investigating whether impairment was caused by medication or other substances, though definitive results are uncertain.

    Charges and Legal Proceedings

The golf icon has been charged with DUI involving property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test, both considered misdemeanors in Florida. Under state law, he is required to remain in custody for a minimum of eight hours. Fortunately, neither Woods nor the driver of the other vehicle sustained injuries, and no drugs or medications were found in Woods’ vehicle.

This incident adds to Woods’ history of driving-related legal issues, including a previous DUI arrest in 2017 and a severe car crash in 2021 that resulted in significant leg injuries. Sheriff Budensiek stressed the gravity of the situation, noting, “This could have been a lot worse.”
