  • Blac Chyna Sues Ex for $20M Over NDA Breach

When relationships end, things can get messy, especially in the public eye. Blac Chyna is currently embroiled in a legal battle with her ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector, and she’s not holding back. After he sued her for alleged assault, Chyna has filed a significant countersuit, seeking millions and claiming self-defense.

    Allegations of Abuse and Self-Defense

In a cross-complaint filed last week, Blac Chyna, whose legal name is Angela White, alleges that Hector was physically abusive during their relationship. She claims that during one specific confrontation, she only struck him as a necessary act of self-protection, asserting that he hit her on both her upper and lower body during the incident.

Her legal team is arguing that any injuries Hector sustained were a direct result of her defending herself. “Any contact he sustained during the incident was a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense,” her attorneys stated in the filing. This defense aims to counter Hector’s original claims of assault.

NDA Violation and a $20 Million Lawsuit

The legal drama doesn’t stop there. Chyna is also accusing Hector of violating a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that was presumably part of their separation. She claims he referenced her in multiple songs released after their breakup.

One particular song allegedly describes a woman wearing a size 39 shoe, which Chyna says is her exact size, thus identifying her. For this alleged breach of the NDA, Chyna is seeking a substantial $20 million in damages. Hector’s attorney, however, has denied Chyna’s allegations, stating, “Twin Hector is the victim here.”

    A History in the Spotlight

Before her foray into reality television, including the series ‘Rob & Chyna’ with her child’s father Rob Kardashian, Blac Chyna first gained recognition as a model and video vixen. The ongoing legal dispute adds another chapter to her public life.
