The long-simmering feud between Dame Dash and Cam’ron has reached a new boiling point, with Dash now publicly reacting to Cam’ron’s recent viral interview with Kevin Hart. Dash is not holding back, particularly targeting the question Cam’ron posed to Hart that reportedly led to the comedian walking out of the interview.
A Question That Crossed the Line?
During an appearance on Kevin Hart’s “Talk With Flee!” show, Cam’ron was only able to ask Hart two questions before the comedian exited. The pivotal question that seemingly caused Hart to leave was: “When you see Dame Dash today, what do you think?” This query has deeply bothered Dash, who feels it was an inappropriate and even “gay” move for Cam’ron to ask another man for his opinion on him.
Dash expressed his strong disapproval in a recent chat with the Art Of Dialogue, as captured by joebuddenclips. Beyond the perceived insult of the question itself, Dash feels it represents Cam’ron being “on the other side,” a sentiment he finds particularly hurtful given their history.
Defending Cam’ron in the Past
Dash highlighted his past loyalty and protection of Cam’ron, recalling an incident during the filming of Hart’s 2002 movie ‘Paper Soldiers.’ According to Dash, Hart was allegedly making fun of Cam’ron while wearing UGG boots, and Dash confronted Hart on set to put a stop to it. Dash believes this protective action is why Hart might still be cool with him and why he exited Cam’ron’s interview.

Dash feels that Cam’ron’s current actions betray that history of support. Despite finding the ongoing public back-and-forth “draining,” Dash is resolute in not letting Cam’ron continue to speak about him in this manner.
An Unresolved Beef?
This feud shows no signs of slowing down. Cam’ron himself previously suggested that the beef might be “at the point of no return.” He acknowledged Dash’s significant contributions to his career, stating, “Dame done so much for me… he helped me get on Roc-A-Fella Records… and I’m forever grateful for that.” However, Cam’ron expressed frustration with Dash bringing their problems to the internet, feeling thrown “in the spot.”
