The moment many have been waiting for is here: Starbucks has officially launched its highly anticipated fall menu, ushering in the season of pumpkin spice and cozy flavors nationwide. This year’s lineup includes a delicious nutty surprise alongside the beloved classics that have become synonymous with autumn.
A Nutty Twist on Fall Favorites
The star of this season’s menu is the brand-new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado. This warm beverage takes the classic Cortado and infuses it with toasted pecan flavors and notes of browned butter, creating a rich and comforting fall experience. For those who prefer their coffee cold, Starbucks is also offering Pecan Cold Foam, a sweet, nutty topping that can be added to iced coffees and cold brews.
Starbucks explains that these pecan-forward items were developed to highlight the natural synergy between nuts and coffee. This new offering provides a delightful alternative for customers looking to explore beyond traditional fall flavors.
Pumpkin Classics Make Their Return
Of course, no Starbucks fall menu would be complete without the iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL), returning for its 20th year. Alongside the PSL, customers can also enjoy other popular pumpkin-flavored treats like the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai. Notably, the Apple Crisp Macchiato, a previous fall favorite, is absent this year, encouraging patrons to embrace the new pecan options.
In terms of food, Starbucks is bringing back the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and introducing the fun Raccoon Cake Pop, both designed to perfectly complement the seasonal beverage lineup.
New Savory Breakfast Option
Adding to its expanding food offerings, Starbucks is also rolling out Italian Sausage Egg Bites nationwide. These protein-packed bites feature crumbled sausage, sundried tomato pesto, basil, eggs, and Monterey Jack cheese, providing a more substantial savory option for morning customers. This move reflects Starbucks’ ongoing strategy to increase food attachment with beverage purchases.
Exclusive Reserve Offerings and Social Media Revival
For those seeking a more premium experience, Starbucks Reserve Roasteries and stores will feature exclusive fall items, including a Tiramisu Latte and specialty versions of the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Alcohol-infused options like the Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel Aged Manhattan and Cold Brew will also be available at these locations. Additionally, Starbucks has revived the popular @TheRealPSL Instagram account, which played a key role in the PSL’s cultural phenomenon, teasing the new menu with help from Andy Cohen.
