Uh oh, it looks like Blacc Zacc is in some deep legal water. The South Carolina-born artist was recently arrested in Spartanburg on a slew of serious charges, and if convicted, he could be looking at a life sentence.

According to WIS News 10, the charges Blacc Zacc faces include RICO conspiracy, murder in aid of racketeering, and various gun violations. A federal indictment alleges that prosecutors believe Blacc Zacc founded a street gang known as Dirty Money Entertainment (DME).
The indictment further claims that he orchestrated a murder-for-hire plot back in 2021. The alleged motive? A rival gang member reportedly stole a diamond chain. Blacc Zacc pleaded not guilty to these charges before a federal magistrate yesterday, October 29.
Awaiting Trial and Public Silence
He is scheduled for a detention hearing in Greenville on Monday. The U.S. Attorney’s Office is pushing for him to remain behind bars while awaiting trial. As of now, Blacc Zacc’s team has not released any public statements regarding the arrest.
Past Controversies
This isn’t the first time Blacc Zacc has been in the headlines for controversy this year. Back in March, he had a very public and dramatic breakup with his then-partner, Renni Rucci. The dispute reportedly stemmed from a Kevin Gates song, which led Blacc Zacc to believe Rucci had been unfaithful.
