Blueface Nearing Release From Prison, Mom Says

Get ready, hip-hop fans! It looks like rapper Blueface might be stepping back into the spotlight very soon. His mother, Karlissa Saffold, has shared some exciting news, hinting that her son is just days away from being a free man.

Mom’s Exclusive Update

TMZ caught up with Saffold, who spilled the beans – sort of! While she couldn’t reveal the exact release date (Blueface’s request, apparently!), she confirmed that the end of his sentence is very near. “We’re down to the last stretch. We’re days away,” she told reporters, clearly buzzing with anticipation.

The excitement doesn’t stop there. Saffold is already planning a big welcome-home bash! “I have the coming home party. Make sure you guys get your tickets for the celebrity Blueface coming home party,” she announced, adding that she’ll be picking him up with his kids, and his girlfriend has even arranged for a limo. Talk about a grand entrance!

Blueface’s Legal Journey

For those keeping track, Blueface (real name Johnathan Jamall Porter) has been behind bars since January 2024. His initial seven-month sentence in Los Angeles stemmed from a probation violation related to a 2021 assault charge. Things got more complicated when he received an additional four-year sentence in August 2024.

This extended sentence was due to another probation violation, this time connected to a 2022 shooting incident in Las Vegas. He’s currently serving his time at North Kern State Prison in California. It’s been a challenging period, but it seems his time is almost up.

A Transformed Look

During his time away, Blueface has been active in sharing updates with his fans, including photos from prison. Many have noticed a dramatic physical transformation. The once slim rapper has visibly bulked up and has added a significant amount of new tattoos to his body, showcasing a new look.

This upcoming release marks a significant moment for the artist and his family. After facing legal troubles, his return to the music scene and public life will be eagerly watched by fans and critics alike.
