Influencer Charged After Everglades Livestream

An influencer known for his controversial online content is now facing legal consequences after a disturbing livestream from the Florida Everglades. Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, has been charged following a March 26 broadcast that appeared to show him firing a weapon at an alligator from an airboat.

Legal Ramifications of the Livestream

The misdemeanor charge of unlawfully discharging a firearm in a public place or residential property could lead to significant penalties, including a fine of up to $1,000, probation, or even jail time. The incident gained attention after videos from the stream circulated widely online.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) confirmed they were investigating the video, which depicted individuals on an airboat appearing to shoot at an alligator. While officials didn’t immediately identify Peters, the investigation has now resulted in formal charges.

A Pattern of Controversy

This isn’t the first time Clavicular has been in hot water. The influencer, who has built a following around “looksmaxxing” content, has a history of controversial livestreams. Previously, he faced backlash for a broadcast where he appeared to overdose live on stream.

Peters’ attorney stated that his client was following the instructions of a licensed airboat guide and that no animals or people were harmed during the incident. However, two other individuals, Andrew Morales and Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres, have also been charged in connection with the livestream.
